To AjPHC Members and Parents,
Welcome to the Arizona Junior Paint Horse Club (AjPHC). We have a great
Youth Club that you all should be very proud.
The Club is not only a group of kids that ride horses! We are a Service Club
that teams up with the American Junior Paint Horse Club (AjPHA) to make a
difference in the world. We are currently working on the Presidential
Service Project “See It In Color” for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for
2010-2011. The AjPHA has contests to be involved, such as Short Story, Paint
Brush-Off and Photo contests. And for all those high school juniors and
seniors, the American Paint Horse Foundation gives away college scholarships
that you all should be taking advantage.
The Youth Club would not function without the help and support of the
members, parents, family & friends. We all should be very proud of its
reputation and past accomplishments. The parents are especially important,
as you are the example and mentor for these kids. The Youth Club cannot be
run by one person alone, therefore I appreciate any and all the support that
you can give.
There are several items that you can view and print from this page, one
is an
Information/Contact form to be completed and signed by both member and
parent. This will help considerably with all the communications that are
needed during the upcoming year. The second item is the Youth World Team
Tournament requirements for the 2011 World Show. The entire club is
represented at the World Show, not just those participating. Even kids that
don’t have horses going to the World, but would like to participate are more
than encouraged to join us!! It is quite a team building experience that all
members should be part of.
Welcome again and we look forward to a wonderful year!

"SEE IT IN COLOR"
for Muscular Dystrophy Association.
MDA is a disease in which the muscles of the body become weaker and weaker and
eventually stop working. There are over 30 types for MDA associated diseases.
Some types effect the muscles when the person is very young. Other types
will go undetected for years and symptoms will will not show up until they are
adults. There is no cure for MDA. Please help the AjPHA team by donating.
