Come help us promote the Arizona Jr. Paint Horse Club. We will
have an informational table near the arenas and would love some
of the youth kids to share their love for paint horses with
others!

Trail Course
Painting and Pool Party (AjPHC)
We will meet at the Kuhlwein barn at 8:00 to begin the
painting portion of the day. The paint and materials have been
graciously donated by the Dunphy family, who has also donated
their wonderful pool for an afternoon pool party. Lunch will be
provided by the club. Please plan to attend this party as it
will be a great way to give back to the APHC community and
should be tons of fun too! Even if you are unable to attend all
day, please plan on joining the party.

This meeting will be at the Fall Classic Show in Prescott, AZ.
We will meet in Northeast corner of the covered arena. Come join
us to meet new and old friends, play some games and learn about
upcoming events and activities.

Annual AjPHC Ice Cream
Social
This is becoming an AjPHC tradition. Come join us help show our
appreciation to all of those who support our club. We will be
dishing ice cream and serving up soda floats! What a nice way to
kick off the show season. Donations will be accepted.
Board of Directors Meeting
Wednesday September 22nd at the Best Western Hotel in Casa
Grande. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
September – November
Scentsy Fundraiser (AjPHC)
We will be selling Scentsy Warmers as a fund raiser for the
club. A friend of mine is a consultant and has graciously
donated all of his commission to our club. We will earn %25 of
the amount sold. Scentsy Warmers use a low-watt bulb to melt
specially formulated wax slowly, maximizing the fragrance time
of the Scentsy Bar or Scentsy Brick. With no flame, soot, smoke
or lead to worry about, the Scentsy system is a safe way to

Information for the
fundraiser will be distributed at the September 4th and
September 17th meetings.

This meeting will be at the Harvest of Color Show in Scottsdale,
AZ. We will meet in the barns. Information will be posted near
the show office regarding exact location. Come join us to meet
new and old friends, play some games and learn about upcoming
events and activities.

Halloween JackPot Trail
We will need lots of volunteers to help set up the Halloween
JackPot Trail course. We also want you to plan on competing in
the class. Bring your best trail horse! It should be a ton of
fun! More details will follow.

Arizona Festival of Horses (AjPHC)
We have been asked to have a booth that represents the Arizona
Jr. Paint Horse Club again this year. The festival this year is
once again in Queen Creek at Horse Shoe Park. Plan to attend and
share your love for paint horses with others!
